Off guard starts the offense by passing the ball into No. 4 and following the pass going outside and on to a position near the baseline. As the ball is passed to No. 4, No. 3 starts a movement to cut by No. 5 for a screen as to secure an opening for a pass from No. 4.
FAST BREAK SHUFFLE
Our Lady Falcon fast break is structured, lane assigned transition used every time we gain possessions in the backcourt. In our fast break the players must sprint their lanes and the ball is passed and or dribbled quickly into the front court. So we can attack the basket
1. Our point guard will dribble the sideline. Players 2, 3, 4 and 5 are to sprint their lanes. 2 Sprints the right lane and stops at the three point line at the second cutter position. 3 always sprints the left lane and stops at the three point line. 2 and 3 switch if the ball comes down the left side of the court. 4 runs a straight line basket to basket, to the free throw line and then posts up at the Shuffle post position on the ball-side. 5 always inbounds the ball on all made shots. 4 and 5 can switch positions on rebound the first one out sprints and the other rebounds.
OFFENSIVE FAST BREAK
Point-Guard always starts the break, unless I chrishia or Yvette is down to get the ball, break to your lanes or areas-fast break sprint, keep the ball in the middle-two girls are in the middle, half court drills

Yvette this can also be used as a fast break play: 1 and 2 break, 3 passes the ball to 2. This starts the fast break movement. If the ball comes to your side Megan or Ichrishia you go deep. If the ball is entered away you stay. Yvette or Courtney your option is a baseball pass to Ichrishia or Megan. If it is not there 4 go deep to draw the defense. If you don't get the ball Yvette do a carter cut. This can also be used to break presses
